Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to the use of VPNQA accounts, subscriptions, and international routes. Please read this page before using the service, and review the Privacy Policy for information about data handling.

Service Scope

VPNQA provides a subscription service for cross-border network access, connecting users to international routes and websites. The service covers 120+ countries / 250+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with quantum encryption as the standard security description. The user panel shows current service status, available routes, and where to get clients.

A subscription provides network connectivity only; it does not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility from third-party platforms. Regional rules, account reviews, and content permissions are determined by each website operator. Route coverage does not guarantee access to every website or the availability of all content.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Keep account credentials and subscription information secure, and do not post them on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. If you notice an unusual login or a leak of subscription information, change your password and check in the user panel whether your subscription needs updating.

Unlimited simultaneous connections are available for the account holder’s own devices. This does not permit reselling or renting a subscription, distributing it publicly, or sharing an account for independent use by others. You may not provide commercial access to others through aggregated connections or forwarding services.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See Plan Pricing for prices and data allowances. Before placing an order, check the selected billing method and allowance. Payment and order status are available in the user panel.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they live and use the service, as well as the rules of the websites they access. You may not use the service for illegal activities, to infringe others’ rights, or to distribute unlawful content. Network connectivity does not relieve users of responsibility for their access, published content, or account activity.

Using the service for network attacks, unauthorized system access, malware distribution, fraud, harassment, or sending spam is prohibited. Do not disrupt route operations, abuse service resources, or persistently consume resources in a way that impairs other users’ normal use. Normal use across multiple devices is distinct from these forms of abuse.

Availability and Limits of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on the local network, device configuration, international links, and the status of the target platform. Maintenance, upstream network failures, or changes to a platform’s rules may cause interruptions, speed changes, or failed connections. VPNQA does not guarantee a fixed speed, continuous availability, or access to any particular third-party platform.

If you encounter an issue, first check the Support FAQ, then use the user panel ticket system to describe your device platform, route, and error. When submitting materials, hide passwords, subscription URLs, and personal information unrelated to troubleshooting.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for losses directly caused by a user’s device failure, improper configuration, or changes to third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that VPNQA is required to assume by law. These terms do not limit consumer rights granted by law.

Account Suspension and Termination

If a user violates these terms through unlawful use, subscription resale or sharing, system attacks, or serious resource abuse, VPNQA may restrict the relevant connections, suspend the service, or terminate the account based on the risk and actual impact. Any action taken should be proportionate to the issue; normal usage issues should not be treated as violations by default.

If you disagree with the outcome, submit an explanation and relevant materials through a user panel ticket. Account actions and refund requests are handled under their respective rules; this section does not replace the refund policy.

You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 7 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for application and processing details.

Changes to and Questions About These Terms

VPNQA may update these terms in response to service changes, changes in laws and regulations, or improvements to its rules. Updated terms will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised. Important changes affecting users’ rights will be explained through site announcements or notices in the user panel.

Check the current terms before using the service. If you have questions about a change, contact support through a user panel ticket. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and handle your existing subscription under the applicable policies. These terms must be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law and do not replace statutory rights or dispute-resolution procedures with unilateral statements.
