Contact VPNQA

Submit account, connection, and billing questions through the user panel ticket system. Describe what happened clearly; follow-ups and replies stay in the same ticket.

Tickets are the current support channel

After signing in, go to the ticket area, choose a topic related to your issue, add a description, and submit it. If you already have a ticket, add to it so you can follow the conversation in one place.

If you’re not signed in, sign in before opening the ticket area. You can create an account with just a username and password—no email address required. If you can’t sign in, see the account guide in the Help Center.

No fixed response time has been published. Check for replies in the user panel after submitting a ticket. Actual handling time depends on how complete the information is and the progress of the investigation.

Before you submit

Gather details based on your issue

Start by explaining what you need help with, then describe what happened. Screenshots can help identify the issue, but hide passwords, subscription links, sensitive payment details, and any personal information unrelated to the problem.

Connection and route issues

Include your platform (Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux), the route name shown in your client, the service you’re trying to reach, when the issue occurred, and the full error message. Explain whether the client can’t connect or whether an international site is inaccessible after connecting.

If you’ve tried a different route or network, include the results for each. Avoid vague descriptions like “it doesn’t work.” For example, “The client shows connected, but the page I’m trying to open still times out” helps narrow down what to check next. For setup steps, see the Getting Started Guide; for in-depth troubleshooting, see the Full User Guide.

Account and subscription issues

Include the page where the issue occurred, what you did, and any message shown. If you can’t import a subscription, you can attach a screenshot of the error with sensitive details hidden. Don’t paste the full subscription link into a ticket or public page.

Passwords and subscription links aren’t needed for routine troubleshooting. If you can’t sign in, first see the account and subscription information on the Support page. Don’t create multiple accounts as a workaround.

Payment, plan changes, and refunds

To check a payment, include the order number and payment method shown in the panel, along with the order status. VPNQA supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. If you have questions about a payment or subscription status, start by checking the order record in the associated account.

Monthly subscription data resets on the activation date each month. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packs remain valid until used and never expire. For questions about plans or data usage, check the plan pricing page, then specify what you’d like us to review in your ticket.

VPNQA offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. Include the relevant order and your refund request. See the refund policy for eligibility details; no processing or payment arrival time is promised on this page.

How do I check for a reply?

Go to the ticket area in the user panel and open the relevant ticket to check its status and replies. If you receive troubleshooting steps, follow them and reply with the results. If the issue persists, explain what changed and what stayed the same.

You can continue reading the support information while you wait, but there’s no need to submit the same issue again. VPNQA has not published a fixed response time, so refer to the replies and progress in your ticket.
